Description
RANY DSR is a combination medication that provides comprehensive treatment for acid reflux and nausea/vomiting through the synergistic effects of Rabeprazole and Domperidone. This formulation combines both immediate-release (IR) and sustained-release (SR) forms of Domperidone to offer both fast and long-lasting relief.
Rabeprazole (20 mg) (EC): A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It is used to treat GERD, gastric ulcers, and duodenal ulcers by decreasing stomach acidity and helping heal the esophagus and stomach lining.
Domperidone (10 mg IR + 20 mg SR): Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that helps promote gastric motility and prevents nausea. The immediate-release form provides quick relief from nausea, while the sustained-release form offers longer-lasting effects, improving gastrointestinal motility and preventing vomiting.
